Overall yes im happy with my purchase and the price however good luck receiving customer service help. I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously.

I would just be cautious if you have issues and how long customer service takes

I was looking for a particular Tumi briefcase on Tumi.com but they’ve been sold out for 2 months. I also called several Tumi stores who don’t carry the product. With Fathers Day approaching I was desperate and decided to Google the briefcase. So far so good, the ordering process was easy and I found what I was looking for. I don't have the product yet, since I just ordered it yesterday, so I can't make any statements about the quality or shipping.

The suitcase I ordered came much quicker than I expected! It arrived without any damage. Haven't used it yet but it looks sturdy. I was expecting an email telling me the shipping date but the item arrived anyway.
